1. ἐδιδάχθητε ὑπὸ τῶν ἀποστόλων τοῦ κυρίου.
You (plural) were taught by the apostles of the Lord.
2. ἐν ἐκείνῃ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ οἱ νεκροὶ ἐγερθήσονται ἐν τῷ λόγῳ τοῦ θεοῦ.
In that day the dead will be raised by the word of God.
3. ταῦτα ἐγράφη ἐν ταῖς γραφαῖς.
These things were written in the scriptures.
4. οὗτοι οἱ ἁμαρτωλοὶ συνήχθησαν εἰς τὸν οἶκον τοῦ προφήτου.
These sinners were gathered together into the house of the prophet.
5. νῦν μὲν πέμπονται οἱ μαθηταί, τότε δὲ ἐπέμφθησαν καὶ οἱ ἀπόστολοι καὶ οἱ ἄγγελοι.
Now, on the one hand, the disciples are sent, but then, on the other hand, both the apostles and the angels were sent.
6. διὰ τῆς ἀγάπης τοῦ χριστοῦ οἱ ἁμαρτωλοὶ ἐσώθησαν καὶ ἐγενήθησαν μαθηταὶ τοῦ κυρίου.
Through the love of Christ, the sinners were saved and became disciples of the Lord.
7. ἐπορεύθημεν εἰς ἕτερον τόπον, ἐκεῖνοι γὰρ οὐκ ἐδέξαντο ἡμᾶς.
We went into another place, for those people did not receive us.
8. τὸ εὐαγγέλιον ἐκηρύχθη ἐν ἐκείναις ταῖς ἡμέραις, καὶ κηρυχθήσεται καὶ νῦν.
The gospel was proclaimed in those days, and it will be proclaimed now as well.
9. ἡ φωνὴ ἠκούσθη καὶ ὁ ἀπόστολος ἀπεστάλη εἰς τὸν κόσμον.
The voice was heard, and the apostle was sent into the world.
10. τῶν ἁμαρτωλῶν πρῶτός εἰμι, καὶ δὲ ἐγὼ ἐσώθην τῇ ἀγάπῃ τοῦ θεοῦ.
I am the first of sinners, yet I was saved by the love of God.
11. εἰσῆλθες εἰς τὴν ἐκκλησίαν τοῦ κυρίου καὶ ἐβαπτίσθης.
You (singular) entered into the church of the Lord and were baptized.
12. ἐν ἐκείναις ταῖς ἡμέραις ἀκουσθήσεται ὁ λόγος τῆς εἰρήνης.
In those days the word of peace will be heard.
